Job Description - Sales Representative for Distributors

Job summary

Adecco client is a foreign multinational corporation, providing solutions for the HVAC industry and construction accessories sectors

Job Responsibilities

Achieve individual sales targets.

Handle order placement, sales, and accounts receivable collection.

Manage a list of distributors, including detailed information and preparation and management of distributor contracts.

Visit distributors to propose products and confirm project details.

Conduct support activities for distributors.

Implement promotion programs for distributors.

Monitor the sales performance of each distributor and provide advice on strategies to achieve sales targets.

Collect information about customers and competitors.

Develop new distributor relationships.

Manage monthly order and sales reports, as well as sales commissions.

Provide monthly reports.

Experience requirements

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher, with 3-5 years of experience in distributor sales management for industrial equipment or building equipment.
