Report to: Sales Manager
Purpose of the job:
Manage sales team and distributors, execute and ensure the results of business development plan (HORECA channel) according to the overall business plan.
Key responsibilities:
• Effectively control the activities of distributors including sales, goods importing, stock, debts, promotions, etc.
• Build up and successfully execute detailed business plan in HORECA channel for sales team.
• Implement advertising & promotion campaigns for each segment in the channel.
• Directly manage and develop key customers according to the overall business strategy of the channel.
• Make sure the stable partnership with key customers is strengthened and developed.
• Manage the budget for sales program effectively and appropriately according to the policy and resource allocation.
• Manage, train and develop sales team’s skills, capacities in order to meet the requirements, successors and development of the job.
• Other business administration tasks as assigned by direct supervisor.
• Good command of English
• Ability to deal & discuss with big customers in HORECA channel.
• Management experience in a group of 4 – 6 staff members (sales field force – salesman)
• Responsible for a certain area in HCMC.
• Mature and self-motivation
