Sales Trainer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Build content and design images of TINTIN according to requests from relevant parties : Following the project, receiving required information, writing the Draft version and sending to the parties involved in review, confirming the final accurate information.

Send TINTIN: Setup tintin and sent by homecas, exact objects and timeline

Internal surveys of Sales: Organize Sales internal surveys to assess Sales satisfaction; For information about issues of interest and difficulties that sales are facing for the company's management to have more information to improve the problem.

Sales Assistant Support : Provide guidance and support them to gain the necessary knowledge to follow the instructions, answer the questions of the sales through Q&A channel via MS group.

Field Support: Provide hands-on field support to sales representatives, offering guidance, coaching, and feedback during actual customer interactions to enhance their selling skills.

Training Material: Training materials: Combined with Trainer Expert to update/ Revise the information will/ have been sent via Tintin to ensure the latest and most updated documents.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in related field.

Experience in sales training, preferably in the financial sector.

Deep understanding of consumer financial products and services.

Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Skills in writing content and designing media publications.

Experience conducting surveys and using feedback to improve training quality; Propose solutions to improve sales efficiency.

A proactive and results-oriented approach to training and development.
