About the Role
The Sales Training Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that enhance the sales team's skills and performance. This role involves identifying training needs, creating effective training materials, and delivering training sessions to support the company's sales objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales training programs aligned with company goals.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps.
- Design training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning content.
- Deliver training sessions through various methods, such as workshops and virtual training.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and adjust as needed.
- Collaborate with sales managers to integrate training into daily activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to reinforce training.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales training, preferably within the beverage industry.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to design and deliver engaging training programs.
- Strong analytical skills to assess training needs and evaluate effectiveness.
