We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Content Marketing Executive to be based in our Vietnam office. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in developing compelling content strategies that drive engagement and build our Parcel Monitor’s brand globally.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Develop strategic campaigns: Conduct market research,identify trends and surface relevant topics for campaigns. Plan and execute multi-channel content (incl. long form analytics reports, press releases, articles. social media posts etc) to align with Parcel Monitor’s business goals and target audience.
- Develop SEO-optimized content: Research and identify key words to enhance content in line with the data presented to the audience of logistic and e-commerce experts, while using SEO to optimize content for search engines in order to improve visibility and drive traffic to our platform.
- Manage content across various channels: Customize and ensure full adoption of all available content for different channels, including social media, email newsletters, webinars, and long-form reports. Ensure full implementation of content to maximize reach and engagement across channels.
- Liaison for external clients: Act as the primary point of contact for both existing and new external clients and partners, collaborating on content initiatives and ensuring alignment with their branding, messaging and listings on our platform.
- Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, to identify relevant content and data insights, brief the design team and execute additional content elements across all assets.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum of 2-3 years of work experience in content marketing, preferably within the data and research and B2B industry.
- A Bachelor’s degree in any related field is required.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely. Proven track record of creating and executing successful content strategies will be desirable.
- Proficient in using SEO techniques, CRM platforms and analytics to measure content performance.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms with the ability to plan and create compelling and appealing content.
- Ability to demonstrate creative thinking with a strategic mindset and has a passion for storytelling.
- Ability to work effectively within international and cross-functional teams with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment of the tech industry. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, technologies and strategies.
- Deep interest and experience in usage of AI to improve content creation and management.
