Job Description
The Marketing Manager (Sr.) establishes, builds and leads all marketing efforts – ranging from marketing strategy and brand storytelling to the shopping experience and customer contact strategy. The position is responsible for designing and facilitating the process for short and mid-term strategic planning, divisional budget planning and vendor management for Brand Management, Consumer Marketing. •Ideal candidates will have 10-12 years of experience in the marketing field, preferably with strong background in QSR/fast casual/F&B chains, delivery aggregators or FMCG industries at mid/large-scale companies and multinational corporations.
•Extensive experience with the market landscape and an in-depth understanding of restaurant trends in the country.
•Well-versed in all aspects of offline and online marketing, brand/ digital/omnichannel marketing strategies/tactics in the QSR/Retail industry.
•Ability to strategize and execute detailed work items.
•Fluent in English.
•Have experience managing a multi-member team.
