Job Description :
• Visit all potential customers in assigned territories.
• Present and sell the B-Solution ( New tire + Retread tires + Services) to current and potential customers.
• Maintain current customer relationships and develop new customers.
• Solve application-technological questions and problems.
• Follow-up on collection of payment ,if necessary.
• Participate in seminars and support the sales activities to the sales channel.
• Follow up the action plan was approved by General Director
• University Degree holder. (preferably in Mechanics, chemical, transportation)
• Age : equal or less than 35 year olds, height > 1.65m.
• At least 02 years working experience in individual sales , preferably in the Technical services sales.
• Good Communication (Speaking & Writing) .
• Microsoft Office & Analysis Skill.
• Communication and presentation for customer approach.
• Willing to do the business trip to the territories appointed.
• Self-commitment to be outstanding.
• Enjoy teamwork but also independent and willing to work a flexible schedule.
