Job Description

In this position you will....

…lead nationwide sales and business development activities and take responsibility for developing and implementing sales to achieve our ambitious growth plans. You will be responsible for growing our sales revenues for device protection and insurance through continually optimizing performance and delivering around our strategies.

You will be responsible for…
  • Driving revenue growth to achieve Vietnam growth ambition and targets by leading the business development activities in Vietnam such as identifying and prioritizing attractive target accounts, developing and deepening relationships to target accounts, i.e. leverage existing relationship and develop new relationships to key decision-makers.
  • Leading negotiations with the client to successfully close commercial deals, then drive new programs up to launch and hand-over to account manager once the deal is closed.
  • Delivering key business goals for device protection including quarterly / annual revenue targets, penetration KPIs, product mix, sales quality, effectively managing cost of acquisition budgets and delivering return on investment on marketing spend.
  • Proactively supporting bolttech client’s sales network and ensuring that bolttech products are well positioned in the client’s customer sales journey.
  • Actively engaging with marketing team in contributing feedback / suggestions and in execution of awareness campaign be it POS or digital.
  • Completing overall sales operational requirements by managing Sales Ambassadors team, company’s totals sales activities and performance nationwide.
  • Designing and executing plans for acquisition of new distribution and dealer channels for the company’s products and managing of existing clients of the company’s products.
  • Periodically and consistently providing insights based on data to our key clients on the performance of their sales network
  • Establishing, maintaining, and expanding the company customer base
  • Maintaining awareness of current market conditions and competition and be proactive in implementing new strategies to address ever-changing market dynamics.

  • You will require the following qualifications and skills
  • A Degree in a relevant field including Sales and Marketing or Business Development.
  • Minimum 10 years of experiences in channel management retail sales that should include a minimum of 5 years of experience in a management position.
  • Previous experience in Sales Concepts, Strategy, Positioning and Planning; Training Capacity; Financial Planning and Strategy; People Management.
  • Competitive analysis; understanding the customer; product development and client relationships.
  • Experience in managing a team of Sales / Business Development Managers nationwide.
  • Leadership and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across a complex, matrix, organization and establish strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite (e.g., Power Point, Excel, Word, MS Project).
