Job Description - Service Sales Manager


  • Bachelor or Master of Engineering or Technology or a degree of Management

  • 7+ years up experience in sales professionals

  • Knowledge in engineering technics 

  • Able to build closer customer relation and gain customer trust by providing high quality technology and service.

  • Good command of English. Vietnamese or Chinese speaking 

  • Good at using IT systems


  1. Lead and manage local sales team

  2. Establish budget, sales planning and implement it to reach sales targets

  3. Provide technologies and services to customers

  4. Collaborate with Area, Business function and teams in the countries to execute and drive sales and marketing plans

  5. Ensure customer contacts and well monitored.

  6. Ensure Profit & Loss of the projects sold; ensure invoicing and payment completion

  7. Drive legal, business code of conducts and other business requirement compliance.

  8. Drive business growth gain better market share and develop new customers
