Job Description - Service Sales Manager - Medical Device

Job summary

An exciting Service Sales Manager job has just come available in one of the top Medical Device companies.

Be responsible for developing business in the North of Vietnam market.

Job Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of client accounts to achieve long-term success

Develop positive relationships with clients to promote company's service products

Act as the point of contact and handle customers needs

Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks

Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers promptly

Report on the status of accounts and transactions

Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives

Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)

Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth

Experience requirements

At least 5+ years’ experience in Healthcare sales or marketing with solid account management methodology exposure, preferred candidate to have experience with service products in medical device

Successful experience in a multi-stakeholder environment

Strong ethics, integrity and compliance orientation

Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Analytical & clear thinking skills with the ability to synthesize complex issues into simple solutions & messages.

Must be highly motivated, results-driven, energetic and capable of multi-tasking in a dynamic, rapidly growing organization.

Hands-on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience

Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)

Understanding of sales performance metrics

An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time

Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
