Job Description - Technical Sales Executive (Fragrance)

Job summary

Our client is one of the leading groups in the sales, marketing and distribution of specialty chemicals is looking for a Sales Executive in Ho Chi Minh City to join their company and to continue developing business together.

Job Responsibilities

Identifying key decision makers and building strong customer relationships.

Ensure profitability of the business by achieving monthly sales targets & market share.

Act as the primary point of contact between the company and key customers, and plans implement.

Understand and keep track of changing key customer needs and business environments.

Maximize sales prospects, communicate with internal departments.

Excellent understanding of end customers’ applications and be able to translate product features to benefit the customers, whether in terms of technical solution, cost savings or both

Develop a product portfolio and fill product gaps.

Experience requirements

Minimum 3 years of working experience in selling ingredients or fragrance for home care and Sales/ Marketing

Fluency in English

Confident in leading technical discussions and be problem-solvers

Strong communication skills, presentation skills, interpersonal and networking skills
