As a manufacturing plant andthe company, the Company is a leading manufacturer of high-quality industrialblades and wear components supplied throughout the world.

The Position:

· Department: Sales/ National-wide coverage

· Job Grade: Manager

· Report to: Head of Sales & Marketing

· Independent contributor and must-have experienceof distribution development and management

· Working location: District 7, HCMC

· Working hours: Mon-Fri - business hours

Responsibilities: 

· Maintain and service a developed customer basethrough independent travel, managing distributor relationships and agentrelationships.

· Develop new customers in the region assignedthrough independent travel, managing distributor relationships and agentrelationships.

· Provide technical presentations.

· Provide pre and post sales technical assistanceto customers.

· Provide customer, agent and distributor producttraining.

· Manage a personal sales budget.

· Participate and contribute in formulating theoverall Sales Strategy for the Country.

· To achieve agreed Sales Target set forth for theFinancial Year from organic growth and new accounts.

· Identify capitalize on opportunities for thesale of the Company's Products and Services.

· Communicate project status to all relevantparties develop sales strategies to close orders.

· Gain an understanding of all accounts needs anddemonstrate how the Company products and services can be utilized to theiradvantage.

· Propose, organize, participate and support inlocal trade shows.

· Furnish Head of Sales and Marketing with weeklyreports on the status of all business including opportunities and market trend.

· Responsible for the daily operations of Salesand Technical Support in assigned territories.

· Select, develop, and coach a professional salesteam to meet or exceed specific goals for profitable revenue growth for theterritory.

· Develop and implement annual sales plans incollaboration with local Sales team.

· Able to interpret customer requirements andimplement the company's sales process to establish a culture of consultativeselling to customer's decision-makers at all levels.

· Cultivate and maintain effective businessrelationships with executive decision makers in large accounts.

· Pursue identified business prospects,participating actively in the planning and sales process for new businessopportunities.

· Collaborate with marketing resources and thesales leadership team to define sales strategy, and to develop products andsolutions responsive to the customer's business. Apply research insights and toprovide compelling advertising solutions based on the company's businessstrengths.

· Encourage and requires high level teaming andcollaboration skills to gain the committed and motivated efforts of thecompany's staff who do not report directly to the County Sales Manager.

· Perform all other duties as needed or requiredto maintain and grow profitable business within the assigned account base.

· New responsibilities and tasks may be assignedby the company from time to time.

Qualifications:

· 6+ years of sales experience of metallurgyand/or similar products

· Excellent interpersonal, presentationcommunication skills

· Consultative selling skills

· Ability to understand and apply marketintelligence to sales strategy

· High level of financial and business acumen

· Staff consulting and relationship buildingskills

· Proficient in all Microsoft applications

· Ability to read, understand and analyzemechanical/technical drawings 

· Proven ability to communicate technicalinformation to a wide audience

· Ability to communicate proficiently in English,Thai, additional Asian language is an added advantage

· Ability to work independently as well as a goodteam player

· Required to travel extensively within Country

· Bachelor's degree in Engineering

· MBA will be an added advantage
