Job Description - Technical Sales Sales Rep

Job Description :

• Manage the onsite team and to co-ordinate all service and sales activities
• Cooperate with the customer , service team & technical department in problem solving
• Work on process optimization to achieve best possible product results and will require a hands on manual application experience which also includes system operation and maintenance
• Identify product defects to work towards a corrective action plan to resolve and improve quality issues
• Work through the repair paint systems and to train customers through the process
• Establish and build strong relationship with the customer on all levels
• Monthly scheduled update visits to our customers.
• Present company’s quality & result on quality board
• Provide documentation for new products; organize/held presentation to the customer of new products, quality data, root cause analysis etc.
• Cooperate closely with the sales manager to increase company´s business share
• Track of material consumption & storage material, communicate forecast figures
• Work together with the customer on monthly and quarterly forecast car build numbers
• Insure alignment with safety requirements for the whole team & organize training session for the direct reports when required
• Communication with all departments on a frequent basis
• Issuing of weekly reports about company`s product performance, problem`s etc.
• Have responsibility to service company products
• Process scorecard review
• Updates on any additional activities we are doing outside of our standard scope of work
• Confirmation of build forecasts
• Achieving the yearly agreed profit plan
• Assist and secure in company´s business/growth at Vietnam

Job Requirement :

• Bachelor degree in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering
• Good command of English with the ability to write well
• Leadership and management experience is essential to lead a team
• Be a valid team member
• Be able to develop a good social network with customers
• Good knowledge about coating technologies and application techniques
