YOUR ROLE

You will be responsible for Maintenance business in Vietnam.
You will create and manage opportunities in all maintenance industries.
You will manage new customer acquisition and penetration, update, train & educate customers & distributors.
You will find new opportunities build customer relationship manager (Henkel project pipeline) through group selling activities (GSAs), distributor training school (DTS), customer training school (for existing/ potential customers).
You will build sales demand forecast based on distributor/ customer needs.
You also follow up and feedback on lead generated by marketing.
You will coordinate and escalate challenges/ opportunities to other related departments to support customer needs.

YOUR SKILLS

Min. 3 years of working experience, with at least 2 years in Sales related role. Value selling is critical success factor in this position.
Prior experience from the Oil & Gas, Marine Shipyard or Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul industries highly preferred.
Maintenance engineering candidates are welcomed to apply.
Good presentation and communication skills
Ambitious and self-starter
