Vietnam Sales Manager, Industrial Software SaaS

Vietnam Sales Manager will build and develop a strategic sales plan and secure major deals with leading manufacturers in Vietnam & SEA.

What You'll Do

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the Vietnam market

Build and lead a talented team of sales focused on the manufacturing and industrial sectors

Identify and qualify high-potential leads, converting them into loyal customers

Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals

Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers in Vietnam manufacturing and industrial companies

Clearly communicate the value proposition of Industrial Software SaaS solutions

Collaborate closely with marketing, technical support and customer success teams.

You're a Perfect Fit If You Have

5+ years of experience in B2B Industrial Software SaaS sales or Manufacturing Technology space

Experience selling complex industrial software solutions

Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth

Existing network of contacts within the Vietnamese manufacturing industry

Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, motivate, and coach a high-performing team

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Deep understanding of the Vietnamese business landscape and customer needs

Experience in business development, consulting, or digital transformation project.

A passion for technology and its potential to transform industries

Fluency in Vietnamese and English.
