IT Business Development Specialist

What You'll Do:

• Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients and emerging trends in the English-speaking IT landscape.
• Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategic lead generation campaigns through various channels, including social media, networking events, and content marketing.
• Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and informative sales materials, such as brochures, presentations, emails, and website content.
• Client Management: Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understand their unique needs, and propose tailored solutions to complex business challenges.
• Communication: Foster clear and open communication between technical teams, engineers, and clients, bridging the gap between technical expertise and client needs.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (minimum).
• 2+ years of experience in IT sales or business development, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Fluency in written and spoken English (IELTS 7.0 or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of IT services and technologies (a plus).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using technology tools (CRM, social media, analytics) for lead generation and market research.
• Passionate about sales and achieving success.
• Highly motivated, self-starter, and results-oriented.
