Job Description:

To support our global growth, our market research start-up is looking for a trainee for Marketing Associate role.

As an Marketing Trainee, you will be responsible for creating, reviewing and editing content for the company which will be published in the company’s websites and social media pages.

We offer a 3-month trainee contract, with the possibility of extending it to a professional contract upon positive feedback after the trainee period.

Responsibilities:

• Creating content which will catch maximum customer interest.
• Developing proficiency in using Canva for designing various promotional materials.
• Writing and reviewing content for websites, social media pages and public communications.
• Optimizing Search Engine Optimization driven content and increasing the site traffic.
• Ensuring that the content is compliant with the copyright and data protection laws.
• Maintaining consistency in content and ensuring alignment with the brand history and plans.
• Identifying customers’ needs in relation to the company and writing content to cater those needs.
• Brainstorming and suggesting new ways to improve the traffic by tapping into new platforms and channels.

Requirements:

• Entry level role for students / fresh graduates
• A bachelor’s degree in communications, English, marketing, or other related fields.
• Experience as a content creator/ marketing in prior roles creating strong and engaging content will be an advantage.
• Excellent writing, proofreading and communication skills.
• Detail oriented work style with good time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to match up with fast paced work life.
• Multi-project management skills, adhering to timelines and performing under pressure to achieve the targets.
• Ability to maintain consistency in content writing.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint), Canva.
• Attention to detail along with a creative mind.
