The role involves providing first-line technical assistance, troubleshooting software/hardware issues, and working closely with engineering teams to resolve ;customer problems eAectively. ;Key Responsibilities ;Provide Level-1 / Level-2 technical support for software and system-related ;issues ;Analyze customer-reported issues, logs, and error reports ;Reproduce issues in the lab environment and identify root causes ;Work closely with Engineering, QA, and Validation teams for issue resolution ;Support installation, configuration, and basic usage queries ;Track issues using internal tools and ensure proper documentation ;Prepare clear problem descriptions, status updates, and closure reports ;Assist customers via email, calls, emote sessions and on site in a professional ;mannerRequired Skills & Qualifications ;Knowledge of Operating Systems (Linux / Windows / RTOS ) ;Fundamentals of C / C++ / Embedded concepts (reading code & logs) ;Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP, ping, iperf, etc.) ;Ability to read and analyse system logs and console outputs ;Strong problem-solving and analytical thinkingGood verbal and written communication skills Willingness to learn new products, platforms, and tools ;Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills ; Exposure to Embedded Systems / BSP / RTOS (VxWorks, Linux) ; Familiarity with hardware platforms, boards, or peripherals ; Experience with debugging tools, serial consoles, or JTAG (basic exposure) ; Internship or academic projects related to systems or embedded software ; Experience using bug/issue tracking tools ;What We OfferHands-on exposure to real customer issues and production systems ;Strong mentoring and learning opportunities from senior engineers ;Collaborative and technically rich work environment
