Snapscale is seeking an Intermediate Verification of Benefits/Insurance Verification Specialist to join our dynamic team in a remote capacity. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in validating patient insurance benefits, ensuring accurate and timely processing of claims, and providing exceptional support to both patients and healthcare providers. Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough verification of patient insurance benefits for accuracy and completeness.

• Process and document insurance verifications in accordance with company policies and industry standards.
• Resolve discrepancies in insurance information and follow up on outstanding verifications.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless workflow and timely claim submissions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance policies and procedures to assist with inquiries.
• Provide training and support to junior staff members as needed.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance verification or a related field.
• Strong understanding of medical billing and coding practices.
