Finance Accounting

The Accounting Assistant plays a key role in providing comprehensive accounting and administrative support to the executive. This includes managing a variety of accounting and tax projects, along with handling essential administrative tasks. They are responsible for upholding efficient office procedures in alignment with company policies. A high standard of professionalism is essential in all interactions with internal and external contacts.

Responsibilities:

Complete daily accounting and finance tasks.

Ensure financial transactions are accurate, keeping all records in the accounting system up-to-date and following accounting standards and tax rules.

Manage confidential administrative tasks.

Demonstrate excellent time management and organizational skills.

Handle additional administrative and project tasks as needed.

Requirements:

Fluency in English.

Familiarity with MS Office.

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related fields with two years of relevant experience.
