Job Description

Managing accounting team for daily operation.

Manage mandatory or regulated reporting (eg Financial statements to OJK).

Lead monthly closing and support budget/forecast processes, including send the instruction to all Departments.

Manage actual vs budget monitoring and produce highlight financial report on a monthly report.

Produce key financial KPIs such as RBC and Liquidity ratios.

Support other departments such as Finance Reporting & Planning and Actuarial for any specific deliverables (eg. MIR, cost allocation).

Other Requirements Include

Qualified Accountant with 8-10 years or qualified by relevant experience (min 5 years).

Relevant Life insurance, GI or Health Insurance qualification

Proficient user of MS Office Excel.

Financial management experience in a large organization and insurance.

Proactive self-starter who can take the initiative and work independently.

Understand budgeting process.
