Company Description

Kodeco Energy Co., Ltd., located in Jakarta, Indonesia, is a former operator of the West Madura Production Sharing Contract (PSC) in Indonesia. In 2011, Kodeco Energy Ltd has joined the operation of WMO Block as a partner of PT. Pertamina Hulu Energy West Madura Operation.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Assistant Manager (preferably Korean speaker) at Kodeco Energy Co., Ltd. in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting with daily operations, including managing paperwork, customer service, and assisting senior management. They will also be expected to translate documents from Korean to Indonesian and vice versa, and act as a liaison between Korean and Indonesian executives.

Qualifications

• Indonesian citizen, maximum ages 30 years old 
• Fluency in English, Korean and Indonesian 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in above languages
• Experience in administrative support or office management
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Experience in the energy industry or a related field is a plus
• Have ability and interest in work related to calculation and accuracy.
