Position Summary:

We are looking for a Business Development professional who is fluent in Korean to support our expanding operations. This role is critical for our communication with Korean partners and clients, ensuring seamless business transactions and project advancements. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a flexible work environment, possesses excellent organizational skills, and is capable of handling a wide range of tasks. This position is reserved for Indonesian citizens and offers a direct reporting line to the Director.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Translation and Interpretation : Accurately translate and interpret business documents and communications from Korean to Indonesian and vice versa. Provide real-time interpretation during meetings and conferences with Korean-speaking individuals or teams.
2. Project Management : Play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and monitoring project activities to ensure they meet the company's standards and deadlines. Collaborate closely with team members across departments to achieve project goals.
3. Administrative Support : Assist the Director with administrative duties, ensuring efficient operation of the department.

Candidate Profile:

1. Language Proficiency : Fluency in Korean (both oral and written) and English is mandatory.
2. Industry Knowledge : Preference will be given to candidates with experience or knowledge in construction design companies.
3. Educational Background : A minimum of a diploma or bachelor’s degree is required, with a major in Korean literature considered a plus.
4. Experience: At least 2 years of relevant job experience.
5. Presentation: Professional appearance and demeanor.
