• Collaborate in negotiating contracts with suppliers to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
• Evaluate and analyze the performance of supplier partners to enhance overall efficiency and quality.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to meet operational requirements.
• Coordinate the distribution of supplies to the appropriate departments.
• Ensure that supplier partners comply with the established company standards and guidelines.
• Efficiently handle and process invoices and payments from supplier partners.
• Engage in price negotiations with transportation providers to align with the company's pricing structure.
• Cultivate and sustain positive relationships with transportation providers.
• Extend invitations to transportation providers to become part of the company ecosystem.
