Who are we?

Amar Bank is one of the most technologically advanced digital banks in Indonesia. Our leading

digital lending product, Tunaiku has the distinction of being the first FinTech product in

Indonesia. We are also the first digital bank on the cloud. As the first profitable digital bank, we

managed to get listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange.

How did we manage to do that?

How did it all start?

Founded on March 15, 1991, in Surabaya as PT Anglomas International Bank (Amin Bank), the

bank was acquired by Tolaram Group and transformed to PT Bank Amar Indonesia (Amar Bank)

in 2014. It has then undergone a significant digital transformation to become one of the

country's forerunning fintech institutions through its award-winning digital lending platform,

Tunaiku.

The position will be under Branch Network and Business Development and report to MIS Team Lead and Business Banking Function Head.

• Compile and analyze data to prepare daily and monthly reports related to business development activities.
• Deliver result for project business development
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data required for various business processes and initiatives.
• Support automation process business development function to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

• Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably IT, Finance, Business Management, Statistics, and Engineering)
• Fresh Graduate or 1-2 years experience in business development
• Experience in handling projects during college or at a previous job is an advantage
• Very good command of English both spoken and written
• Have analytical skills and can create concepts well
• Have excellent leadership, problem solving and communication
• Have good presentation skills and self confidence
• No bad/negative records at previous workplace or never committing fraud
• Have high motivation and willingness to continue learning and developing
• Have an honest personality, have good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able and familiar with targets and pressure

We exist to foresee business opportunities and strategize a business plan to create valuable marketing actions. We are also called commercial or corporate banking and provide financial and advisory services to small and medium businesses.
