Job Descriptions :

Build and maintain good relationships with customers/tenants
Carry out service activities for the needs and complaints of tenants or counter owners so that tenant relations operations can be carried out well and effectively

Job Requirements :

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any major
Minimum 2 years work experience as Tenant Relations, preferably experience in Shopping Centers
Computer literate (Ms. Office)
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Innovative, disciplined, honest, diligent & have integrity
Willing to be placed in South Jakarta (Ambassador Mall)
