Deskripsi Pekerjaan - Customer Service Staff

Customer Service Staff - BSD

Job Descriptions: 

  • Handling Customer inquiry, request, complaint and handover process.
  • Dispatch and coordinate customer's complaint with relevant department for best solution.
  • Monitor Customer's transaction which need action & resolution from others department based on SLA and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
  • Manage and record the customer's transaction daily basis in accordance to establish standard (if any).
  • Contact Customer to update the resolution to measure the customer satisfaction

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Management.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in customer service/relation fields.
  • Computer literate of Ms. Office with intermediate-level skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Excellent coordination skills.
  • Willing to be placed in Balikpapan.
