We are looking for a End User Support to enhance our team!

If you have this requirement:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology
Minimum 3 years experience in End User Support, Desktop support, or IT Support L2
Fluent in english both speaking and written
Willing to work on-site (WFO)
The skill set that we need for this role:
Experience in installing, troubleshooting, or configuration of: outlook, network, printer (sharing), operating system (e.g.: windows, linux), clonning, Domain & Active Directory, Office, backup
Experience in windows patch, using power shell/command prompt/regedit
Experience in inventory & ticketing system
You will outstand other candidates if you :
Having other related IT Technical certifications
