Our products include batter & coating system, meat marinade, dry seasoning, ketchup, chili sauce, culinary and other specialty sauces. KFL serves the food industry through our customers which include global restaurant chains and leading food manufacturers. WHERE WE CAME FROM – Established in August 2002, KFL started by manufacturing chili sauce in bottles for restaurants and local food vendors. As demands for our products grow, a new factory was built in Karawang in 2003 along with the establishment of Dry line to produce batter, breader and seasoning. A decade later, we are growing both in our business and commitment to our customers. To accommodate future growth, we continue investing in our people and in our technology. • Manage Engineering Projects: Lead the planning and execution of projects to improve our manufacturing process. Make sure these projects are done on time, stay within budget, and meet our technical standards.
• Work with Other Departments: Ensure smooth cooperation between the engineering team and other departments like production and quality control. This helps us integrate our engineering efforts seamlessly into our overall operations.
• Lead and Train the Engineering Team: Guide and develop your team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Arrange training to keep everyone up-to-date on the latest in automation and process optimization.
• Recommend Improvements: Regularly evaluate our production lines and suggest new technologies or changes to increase efficiency and cut costs. Choose and oversee contractors for specialized tasks, ensuring quality work.
• Ensure Safety and Compliance: Make sure all engineering activities follow safety, quality, and environmental rules. Set up regular maintenance checks to keep machinery running smoothly and prevent breakdowns.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree of Engineering.
• 5+ Years experience in Engineering of F & B manufacturing preferred.
• Managing the development and execution of engineering projects within budgets.
• Collaborating with other factory management personnel, providing instructions to engineering teams and coordinating work across departments.
• Actively recommending alternative machineries, working methods and hiring contractors for productivity improvement.
• Skills required for this role include analytical and communication abilities, attention to detail, and working knowledge of TPM, ERP & automation.
• Willing to be placed at Cikarang, Bekasi – West Java.
