Job Responsibility EXHIBITION EXECUTIVE:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Actively looking for participants (tenants/exhibitors) to occupy the exhibition area based on the target to increase Mall's traffic.
• Prepare all documents regarding exhibition area rental activities, including correspondence to prospective tenants.
• Monitor the activity of loading & unloading Exhibition material and ensuring the exhibition area is in accordance with the agreement.
• To monitor tenant operation and give analytical reports regarding the tenant performance, in order to achieve better services for future events.
• Responsible for maintaining relationship and updating prospective tenants/exhibitors.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors in Economics, Marketing, Business, Marketing Communication, Public Relations preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience as a casual leasing/marketing professional in mall management or commercial property.
• Would be place as Casual Leasing Officer - Senior Officer.
• Have a good relationship with potential tenants, brand sponsorship, bazaar organizer, and vendors.
• Able to communicate in English, both oral and written.
• Candidate should be an active person, and have excellent communication skill and negotiation skill
