👑 Job Role

• Responsible for the overall performance of all procurement procedures
• Communicate with F&B leaders and vendors/suppliers, on a consistent basis to ensure the best products are sourced at the best margins to improve the F&B experience of guest
• Manage inventories for the F&B department to ensure proper costs and levels available for the daily operation.
• Ensure, all product ordered is received, accounted, and processed, both physically and on internal systems to ensure the best due process.
• Other duties as assigned

⛩️ Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experiences as Purchasing FB
• Bachelor degree from related major
• Great relationship management.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Impeccable time-management.
• Strategic thinking.
• Ability to adapt to change.
• Understanding of risk management.
• A focus on understanding and enhancing sustainability.
• Understanding of the trend / newest supplier & similiar products
