Finance Admin

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented finance administrator to join our finance team. The finance administrator will be responsible for assisting with various financial tasks, including invoice processing, payment schedules, and stock opname. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Performing the purchase invoice process through the ERP system.
• Initiating all payment transactions into the ERP system.
• Generating sales invoices for customers as per the marketing team’s request.
• Monitoring overdue invoices and ensuring payment schedules align with the agreed-upon terms (TOP – Term of Payment).
• Assisting the internal team in conducting monthly stock opname.

Requirements

• Female with a Degree in Financial Management or Accounting
• 1-2 years of experience in the finance field
• Have a deep knowledge of using Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
