Forest Management Auditor

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Control Union Certification in Indonesia for a Forest Management Auditor.

As an FM Auditor you will be responsible for supporting the sustainability forestry certification program in a dedicated team that works together to manage challenges within today’s global marketplace.

Tasks and responsibilities

• Initiate, conduct and review all related forestry VLHH Hulu and PHL audit activities
• Ensuring customer compliance with established certification standards by visiting our clients on site and examining records, reports, operating practices and documentations
• Communicating audit findings by preparing a final report and discuss the findings with auditees.
• Planning, maintaining and developing new and existing client relationships
• Being up to date with the latest local and international regulations in connection with your work

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Forestry or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Forest, Timber, Agricultural or allied industries
• Certified Lead Auditor in ISO 9001:2015 IRCA approved
• Qualified in Auditor VLHH Hulu
• Qualified Auditor PHL Social/Production Aspect
• Excellent communication both spoken and written in English
