Group Technology Center Senior Manager

Dayalima Recruitment is representing our client, Bank Saqu , a digital banking service from PT Bank Jasa Jakarta (BJJ), looking for Group Technology Center Senior Manager

What you’ll do and what success looks like in this role:

- Lead the team to develop our mobile application and its microservices.
- Troubleshoot incident and conduct root cause analysis
- Analyzing code and figure out the flow for troubleshooting purpose
- Handle complex programming tasks and perform code reviews
- Working with project team for hands-over as part of production support preparation

What is required and what we’re looking for:

- Bachelor Degree of Computer Science or related studies
- Minimum 5-7 years' experience in mobile application development & its microservices using Java Springboot and React Native, Jetpack Compose is a must
- In-depth knowledge in software engineering practices and best practices for full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management build processes, testing and operations
- Experienced in troubleshooting & root cause analysis
- Experienced in cloud environments such as Google Cloud or other public cloud platforms
- Experienced with at least one type of queuing system (Apache Kafka, MQ, SQS, etc.)
- Broad experience with various technologies, such as REST/Web Service APIs, Python, Spring Boot, Kubernetes deployment, CI/CD tools
- Experienced in handling data sets, understanding data models in the applications and ETL processes
- Experienced in Financial Services Institution / Banking industries are preferable
- Very good verbal & written communication in English is a must
