Head of Special Projects

Responsibilities:

• Shape hypotheses or scenarios into comprehensive deployment plans for effective implementation.
• Collaborate with business leaders to develop and execute programs and initiatives, enhancing market share and business profitability.
• Lead cross-functional teams in data management, operations planning, and milestone tracking for the implementation of strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate interactions to streamline communication among stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and Senior Management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Engineering.
• Min. 4 years of working experience in corporate strategy, revenue management, and project management.
• Proven leadership experience in initiating projects from zero for at least 3 years.
• Strong intuition for product vision, design, and go-to-market strategy.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in market research, budgeting, and projection.
