👑 Job Role

• Melakukan perekrutan dan seleksi karyawan baru.Menyusun program pelatihan dan pengembangan karyawan.
• Memastikan kebijakan dan prosedur HR terpenuhi dan diterapkan secara konsisten.
• Mengelola administrasi dan dokumentasi karyawan.
• Memberikan dukungan dalam manajemen kinerja dan evaluasi karyawan.
• Mengelola program kompensasi dan tunjangan.

⛩️ Requirements

• Pendidikan minimal Sarjana di bidang terkait (Manajemen SDM, Psikologi, atau sejenisnya).
• Pengalaman kerja minimal 3 tahun di bidang HRD atau fungsi terkait.
• Memahami hukum ketenagakerjaan yang berlaku.
• Kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan keterampilan interpersonal yang kuat.
• Mampu bekerja secara mandiri dan dalam tim.
• Kemampuan berpikir analitis dan pemecahan masalah yang baik.
