IT Business Analyst Mandarin Speaker

Job Descriptions: 

• Organizing and participating in project needs studies, requirements analysis, testing, on site implementation, and subsequent maintenance work.
• During the implementation process, providing timely feedback from users and tracking problem resolutions
• Providing technical support for daily operational maintenance of software provisioning middleware, database installations, and addressing daily technical issues for users.
• Responsible for the development of user maintenance technical systems and technical maintenance training

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher, majoring in finance and accounting, or computer science
• Having a minimum of 2 years of work experience as a software implementation consultant or project manager, and preferably having experience working with parties implementing ERP systems.
• Able to operate ERP software such as SAP, Yonyou, Kingdee, Oracle, or any of these software smoothly.
• Able to communicate in English and mandarin as a working language.
• Preferably from large/mid-sized companies or with an industrial background.
• Willing to do business trip
