Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Junior Video Editor to join our content team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing engaging, educational video content that highlights various luxury fashion brands while seamlessly integrating the Baltini identity. Your work will play a crucial role in connecting our audience with our brand, encouraging them to explore and engage with our platform.

Responsibilities:

• Produce 2-3 high-quality, educational videos per week, focusing on the stories, heritage, and products of luxury fashion brands while highlighting Baltini’s unique value proposition.
• Collaborate with the social team and content strategists to ensure video content aligns with Baltini’s branding and audience engagement goals.
• Edit video content that includes a mix of graphics, interviews, and narrative storytelling to create compelling narratives about each brand.
• Incorporate Baltini’s branding elements into videos in a way that is natural, engaging, and memorable for viewers.
• Work with the marketing team to understand performance metrics and adjust content strategies accordingly to maximize viewer engagement and brand connection.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in video production, editing techniques, and luxury fashion to ensure content is fresh and relevant.

⛩️ Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in video editing or a related field, Fresh Graduates with related degree are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to produce engaging, brand-centric video content.
• Excellent storytelling skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in an accessible and engaging manner.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for luxury fashion and brand storytelling.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
