Junior Operation - Credit Operations

KlikA2C is a part of NikelGroup. KlikA2C is a peer-to-peer lending company dedicated to providing productive loans to micro, small, and medium enterprises (“MSMEs”). We are aiming to have an impact on Indonesia's economic growth, especially on the under-served and unbanked segments. By leveraging partnerships, we are focusing on meeting the working capital and investment needs of MSMEs connected to partner companies. This partnership concept is predicted to produce a more adequate level of risk because we get additional information for potential borrowers and we enhance risk assessment capabilities to ensure the reliability to our lenders. Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Credit Operations to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of credit principles and lending regulations. Responsibilities

• Review loan applications and supporting documentation to assess borrower eligibility and creditworthiness.
• Perform thorough credit analysis, including reviewing credit reports, financial statements, and other relevant information.
• Conduct risk assessments and make credit decisions based on established underwriting guidelines and risk tolerance levels.
• Perform the Know Your Customer (KYC) throughout the borrower and loan onboarding process
• Communicate with borrowers and internal stakeholders to gather additional information and clarify application details.
• Prepare loan documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as underwriting, compliance, and customer service, to expedite loan processing and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records of credit decisions, documentation, and borrower communications.

Qualifications

• 1+ years prior experience in a financial operations role
• Enthusiastic and quick learner
• Working in an agile manner and adapting to changing conditions
• Can work unsupervised and prioritize & accomplish tasks accurately and on a timely basis
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
• Previous experience in credit operations, underwriting, or loan processing within the financial services industry.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing and documenting loan applications.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with borrowers and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and confidentiality in handling sensitive borrower information.
