Job Description:
Conducting all legal corporate activities, including risk management assessment, drafting legal opinion, corporate structure, renewing and extension legal licenses, also involved in business pre-screening process, business research & development, execution, and operation integration in line with procedures, prevailing law, policies, corporate regulation, and Good Corporate Governance principal
Assist and/or represent Company in non-litigation matters (Including but not limited to negotiation, dispute settlement)
Arrange, draft, and review legal documents both corporate and litigation
Liaise with yudicial, legal and government institution to fulfill, protect and maintain legal interest
Examine, review, and analyze contract, memorandum, law, regulation, verdict, and any other legal documents
Provide solution, strategy, advise and opinion on the case and/or any legal needs
Continuously responsible for case handling as well as for monitoring and reporting case progress in comprehensive and timely manner Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree majoring in Law (Business Law preferable)
Min. 2 years’ experience in similar position
Preferably have working experience in a Law Firm/Public Notary Office
Good Communication in English (both written & verbal)
Good knowledge in legal drafting and contract management
Good knowledge and practice in legal affair business law
Capable to make legal and review contract
PERADI certification holder is a plus
