Operations Manager

Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading sugar refinery company . As expansion continues, our client is seeking a Operation professional leader with at least 10+ years' experience with a national company for the job of operation/production position. The job is based in Serang, Banten, Indonesia.

Key job responsibilities include:

• Ensuring all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
• Improving operational management systems, processes and best practices
• Helping the organisation's processes remain legally compliant
• Help the organisation's processes remain legally compliant
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives
• Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
• Manage budgets and forecasts
• Collaborate cross-departmentally to align operations with organisational objectives.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Negotiate contracts for favourable pricing with suppliers and vendors.
• Optimise business travel processes, secure corporate rates, automate expense reports, and ensure compliance.
• Implement quality assurance measures for products/services and monitor production KPIs.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in operations management or related field.
• Experience in management, operations, and leadership.
• Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow management.
• Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Solid understanding of financial management.
