Propósito General del Puesto

El Representante de Transporte al Paciente brinda servicio de transportación al Afiliado desde el

lugar de su residencia hacia centros de servicios de salud.

Responsabilidades Principales

Traslada a los afiliados desde su residencia hacia los centros de servicio de salud. Traslada a los afiliados desde el centro de servicio de salud hacia su residencia. Se comunica con el afiliado para confirmar el servicio coordinado. Se comunica con el afiliado para informar que ya se encuentra en el área de residencia o el centro de servicio de salud. Se comunica con el Líder Regional o con el Coordinador de Ruta para notificar e identificar en un periodo de tiempo razonable, si hay que reasignar un servicio a otro Representante. Da seguimiento al servicio brindado, realizando los cambios de estatus de servicios en la

plataforma, para asegurar un monitoreo y cumplimiento efectivo, y garantizar un servicio de calidad.

Educación, Adiestramiento y/o Experiencia Requerida

Autorización de Operador para Cuidado Médico del Negociado de Transporte y Otros Servicios Públicos. Licencia de Conducir Categoría 4 en adelante. Ley 300. Curso de Resucitación Cardiopulmonar (CPR). Grado Asociado en área relacionada al campo de la salud, preferible. Experiencia en Servicio al Cliente, preferiblemente trabajando con población geriátrica. Experiencia manejando equipos electrónicos, preferible.

Excelentes destrezas de servicio al cliente y de comunicación. Orientado a brindar un servicio al

cliente de la más alta calidad. Busca activamente formas de ayudar a las personas e identificar

soluciones. Se comunica con los demás de manera efectiva y respetuosa.

Proyecta una personalidad balanceada y madura. Tiene buenas destrezas tecnológicas. Maneja

su tiempo de manera efectiva y constructiva. Trabaja de forma independiente y no necesita

mucha supervisión. Se conduce de manera impecable, es puntual, responsable, está atento a los

detalles y es empático con las situaciones de otros.

Razonamiento

Habilidad para identificar, comunicar y responder rápidamente cuándo algo está mal o es

probable que salga mal.

Teléfono y aplicaciones de Sistemas de Servicios de Coordinación de Transporte.

Demandas Físicas

La posición requiere esfuerzo físico normal, la mayoría del tiempo permanece sentado, ya que

maneja vehículos corporativos por largas jornadas de tiempo.

Condiciones de Empleo

El puesto requiere trabajar diferentes turnos en el día sujeto a las necesidades operacionales. El

empleado debe tener disponibilidad para trabajar entre el horario de 3:00 am a 12:00 pm.,

 fines de semana y días festivos.
