Plant Manager - Chemical Ceramic Coating

We are now looking for a position as an Plant Managerareaswithrequirementsas below:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering/Process Engineering or any related fields
• At least 5 year of relevant experience in operations
• Operations Knowledge (productivity, cost, budget, workshop principle, quality, yield, people management, Long Term Strategy)
• Safety Mindset
• Good at Microsoft Office and SAP
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Good communication skills with staff and key stakeholders
• Strong in planning, organizing and analytical skills
• Able to handle multitasks and well organized working

Responsibilities:

• Safety Management: responsible for overall site operations in proper and safe conditions, environmental compliance, administering programs to safeguard personnel, preserve facilities and promote good housekeeping, promote 5S culture in the site and conduct 5S inspecions on regular basis and related ranking/awarding activities
• Engineering and Maintenance Management: maintains physical condition of workshop, inspecting equipment, perform preventive maintenance, issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement, support the operation activities
• Warehouse Management: maintains receiving, warehousing and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational and personnel policies and procedures, achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget
• Quality Management: Develop annual Quality Management System (QMS) based on the ISO 9001:2105 and control the implementation, handling customer complaints, set uo corrective and preventive action plans
• Focus on continuous improvement and development of continuous development
• Develop annual, Capex project implementation, ensure execution of preventive maintenance schedule for machines and equipment in production, ensure timely correction of machines failures and follow up on critical spares, minor capital items availability
