Responsibilities and Duties
The Product Operation Officer is making sure our customers’ needs and works with internal teams to ensure products runs smoothly on the production level without any interruption, and improve operational efficiency in product development, Specific responsibilities in this role include:
• Fosters cross-departmental collaboration around the product and uses their product insights to identify areas for improvement
• Maintains new and existing products' configurations of user management, translation, and info box.
• Provide product information to key decision makers; product ops is an important advisor to the whole stakeholders
• Replicate issue reported by helpdesk and clients
• Fosters cross-departmental collaboration around the product and uses their product insights to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
• Prior experience in product operation is a plus.
• Able to work in cross – functional environment.
• Exposure and/or knowledge of agriculture, supply chains or AgriTech is an asset.
• Have basic programming and database logic
• Good attention to details and thoroughness for data entry.
• Intermediate with Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Excellent communication skills; able to present information in a clear, coherent manner.
• Excellent English language skills, proven with TOEFL and or IELTS score.
• Proactive and problem – solving mindset, able to work independently and hands on using product.
