The Business Development and Partnerships teams at Shopee are dynamic and energetic. The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.

Job Description:

• Act as a person in charge from ShopeeFood to maintain relations with merchants under their portfolio.
• Responsible for maintaining the merchant’s performance by offering campaign participation and other Shopeefood’s services via online channels (Email, Whatsapp blast, and Call).
• Responsible for educating merchants on the importance of store quality and operations within ShopeeFood to help them get more sales.

• Bachelor degree from any major.
• At least 1-3 years of experience in the Sales Industry, telesales or customer service.
• Target oriented.
• Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Possess good excel skills.
• Experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Experience or passion in E-wallet platform, food delivery & e-commerce business.
• Good team player with a positive attitude.
