AI Developer

We are a fast-growing Generative AI startup seeking a talented and motivated Junior AI Developer to join our remote team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to participate in the design and development of cutting-edge AI-powered applications and systems, with a focus on natural language processing (NLP), large language models (LLMs), and data processing. You will work closely with our experienced developers and data scientists to build innovative solutions that leverage the power of artificial intelligence.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement AI models and algorithms for natural language processing tasks such as text classification, named entity recognition, sentiment analysis, and language generation, including experience with large language models (LLMs).
• Collaborate with data engineers to preprocess, clean, and transform data for AI model training and inference.
• Integrate AI models into existing applications and systems, ensuring seamless integration and performance optimization.
• Participate in the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered applications and systems.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of data pipelines, leveraging PostgreSQL and vector databases for efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of documentation, test cases, and code reviews.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI, machine learning, natural language processing technologies, and large language models.
• Possess knowledge of DevOps practices, including containerization (Docker), continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), and cloud deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
• Fresh graduates with a strong academic background in machine learning, deep learning, and artificial intelligence are encouraged to apply.
• Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency in data manipulation libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and scikit-learn.
• Experience working with natural language processing techniques and libraries such as NLTK, spaCy, or Hugging Face, and familiarity with large language models (LLMs) like GPT-3, BERT, or T5.
• Experience working with relational databases like PostgreSQL and understanding of SQL querying.
• Knowledge of vector databases (e.g., Weaviate, Pinecone) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Frontend web development technologies such as React, HTML5, and CSS3 is a bonus.
• Understanding of DevOps practices, including containerization (Docker), continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), and cloud deployment.

This is a fully remote position at an AI startup with occasional regional travel, allowing you to work from anywhere with a stable internet connection.
