For our Mumbai Metro Line -4 project we are seeking Safety Engineer.

Responsibilities:

o Ensures the Site Safety and Health Plan is prepared and implemented.

o Ensures there are safety messages in each Incident Action Plan

o During initial response, document the hazard analysis process, hazard identification, exposure assessment and controls.

o Participate in planning meetings to identify any health and safety concerns inherent in the operations daily workplan.

o Review the Incident Action Plan for safety implications.

o Exercise emergency authority to prevent or stop unsafe acts.

o Investigate accidents that have occurred within incident areas.

o Ensure preparation and implementation of Site Safety and Health Plan (SSHP)

o Assign assistants and manage the incident safety organization

o Draft initial emergency response site safety plan.Ensure copies get distributed as soon as possibleto stag-ing areas and field personnel.

o Receive reports from Site Safety Enforcement Assistant and incorporate changes into the site safety plan.

o Ensure site safety plan is completed in time to be incorporated into Incident Action Plan

Relevant Qualification Graduate in Civil Engineering

10+ Years of work experience in Railways/Metro.
