Job Description

  • Analyze the applications of prospective students based on standard admission policies.
  • Provide clarifications to student’s queries in a professional manner.
  • Follow-up with students for any enquiries through direct meetings, live chat, phone calls and emails.
  • Advice students about the programs offered, admission procedure, eligibility and costs involved.
  • Provide assistance to the students to complete the enrolment forms.
  • Inform students about the courses offered and the tuition fees.
  • Maintain a database of student information, telephone logs and student feedbacks in order to generate student reports for management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any major
  • At least 1 year of experience in school admission or customer service
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, both in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Have skill and knowledge on administration and familiar with School Management System
  • Able to operate Ms. Office (Excel and Word)
  • able to work creatively and analytically in a problem solving environment
  • willing to work together as a team, and minimum supervision when needed

Contract based for 1 year
