This role is also to involve into Budget and Business Plan Preparation and other Business Performance and Advice analysis to cater for business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Mandatory objectives (Applied for all employees): Implement and comply with Occupational Health Safety & Environment (OHSE) Policy, Quality & Environmental Management System, BSL Policy, Code of Conduct (How We Work), Collective Labour Agreement (CLA) and Government Regulations.
• Financial Reporting - Prepare and analyze accurate and timely financial reports, statements, and forecasts, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and variance analysis.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with other cross function department to develop annual budgets and forecasts. Monitor and analyze actual financial performance against budgets, identify variances, and provide explanations and recommendations to management.
• Planning and Control for Management Decision
• Preparing data required in planning and controlling operations
• Preparing data in connection with day-to-day decisions or special projects that require a choice among alternative courses of action
• Reviewing Capital Expenditure approval and implementation to make sure an effective and efficient capex spending

Qualification and/or experience required:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting and Finance background
• At least 3-4 years of working experience in the related field
• Having extensive experiences in FMCG or Manufacturing industries
• Having various Finance and Accounting challenges and exposure from many industries
• Possess excellent teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills
