👑 Job Role

As Baltini's Senior Front End Engineer, you will be instrumental in the continued development of our innovative ERP system, focusing specifically on front-end operations. Your role will be critical in ensuring a seamless user experience, implementing effective and engaging user interfaces, and contributing to the overall performance and scalability of the front-end architecture. Mastery of React is essential for this position. Candidates with a keen eye for UI design and experience with Shopify will be given preferential consideration.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new user-facing features for our ERP system.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and translate them into high-quality code.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring an optimal user experience.
• Spearhead the development of reusable code and libraries for future use, prioritizing efficiency and minimal technical debt.
• Maintain and enhance the performance of existing front-end applications, undertaking upgrades as necessary to ensure their robustness and scalability.
• Thoroughly document all front-end development activities and procedures.
• Write unit testing to ensure all features are working fine.

⛩️ Requirements

• Proven expertise in front-end development with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience in client-side frameworks such as React, VueJs, NextJs.
• Demonstrated ability to create engaging and effective user interfaces, with a good sense of UI design.
• Experience with Shopify is highly valued, indicating familiarity with e-commerce platforms and the ability to implement custom solutions.
• Experience with Google Firebase.
• Solid understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment) with an emphasis on front-end design and development.
• Proficiency in handling UI design tools and frameworks, ensuring seamless implementation of design into functional code.
• Experience with code versioning tools such as Git.
• Excellent understanding of the JavaScript language and ecosystem including front-end build tools (Webpack, Babel) and package managers (npm, Yarn, pnpm).
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a multicultural team, coordinating remotely with teams across different countries.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of thinking creatively and performing under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly and effectively, ensuring smooth collaboration within the team.
